When you are about to establish an institution, always bear it in mind that a lot of people can establish their own institution; so you have to examine your brand and make sure that your concept doesn't collide with someone else’s. And it also instills trust and a sense of pride, and this is much more than just logo or price. Make sure the training you offer (which could be argued is your brand) gets your students (customers) excited to work with you.

3. IT GIVES YOU THE UPPER HAND OF ORIGINALITY.
One other main factor about a strong brand is the fact that it is uncopy-able. No matter how your competition tries to give the exact kind of services you give to your students, they cannot recreate your vibe because they are not you. Once your brand is a strong one, people will be able to recognize it as the main one.
