A LAZY MAN'S REASON FOR NOT STARTING A BUSINESS

Individuals, can be so full of excuses, its either you don’t have the time, you don’t have the skills or you’re short on cash. These are all reasons that should be seen as obstacles to tackle, not a reason to give up all together. If you dream of owning your own business, it’s going to take a lot of work, sweat, tears and cash to make it happen, but if you give more weight to your excuses than your dreams, they might hold you back for good. Here are some of the most common things holding back future small business owners:
1. I DON’T THINK I CAN DO BUSINESS
If this is your reason, then you really should think again because no man was born lazy. One can only be lazy when he/she decides to be. You haven’t tried, so you have no right to say you are not fit. Get out of your comfort zone and start looking for something to do. You don’t always sit at home and wait for the FG or for manna to fall from somewhere. You can find help when you seek for one.

2. I DON’T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO START UP

Remember this: Nobody had enough capital when they first started their business and only few people were lucky enough t find helpers and investors. You may need to manage a small space, work on your budget and remember that you have to invest your own money before you can expect anyone else to invest their money.
Once that’s in motion, start taking actions. You can take loans if need be or ask family and friends for help. You will find money only if you’re committed to finding it. Always know that noting will stop a true entrepreneur.

3. THERE IS STILL TIME, LET ME WAIT FOR………

There’s no perfect time to start a business, just like there’s no perfect time to start a family. However, the longer you wait, the fewer quality years you have to build a successful enterprise. There are sacrifices needed to become a successful entrepreneur, be courageous enough to start something. Giving unpleasant excuses that will make you wait for a period of time is irrelevant. Why not stop waiting and start acting.

4. ONCE I START, I DON’T WANT TO FAIL

There is hardly any successful business that started without failure, so if you plan on not failing then you have to work really hard. You have what it takes to face the fear of failure, so keep moving forward. You’re not necessarily going to succeed in your first pursuit, but you might on your second or more. Get backup plans, learn from your former mistakes and don’t be afraid of trying again. What’s holding you back from becoming an entrepreneur—and what can you do about it today?

Are you that person giving these reasons, try and walk out of it today and start doing something. Stop carrying entrepreneurial baggage that’s killing your dreams, but find ways to address it, overcome it and get one step closer to being an entrepreneur.
