Job vacancies

There's a plethora of ready-made, perky lifestyle new years’ resolutions splashed everywhere for those who need ideas.
But what I can share are the business new years’ resolutions I think are worth adopting this year.
They are based on the consistent questions and comments I hear from men and women about their jobs or ambitions, whatever their age, role, position and personality.
So to be better in business for 2015, these are the things you should do:
1) Take your personal brand personally

Google your brand, make yourself known in other social websites. Let your brand be all about what you do and how to do those things. Always remember that publicly available information permeates and influences every element of your life. There's no quicker or better way to understand how to manage and even shift your personal brand than through the use of social media.
Well, the fastest way to reach journalists, potential customers and patners - almost anyone is through the social media. And the response time is often instant. If you want to know what people think about your firm, you can find it there.
It takes far less time to reach people then than to do that through email address, construct a carefully crafted message and await a response. If you aspire to reach people for business, for whatever reason, yet insist you can’t engage with someone in 140 characters in a way that is interesting then respectfully …. I think you need to rethink what you’re thinking.
2) If you don’t like the rules, change them
Sometimes you might be having trouble in solving a problem or seeking a solution to a challenge, why not try to make new rules. There is this adage that says,“If you always do what you've always done, you’ll always get the results you always got.” Well that is true, when you do things differently you get different results. Sometimes it’s better to apologise for breaking the rules than to ask for permission to change them.
3) Attend Skill Functions
Make yourselves available for functions like skill festivals, acquisition etc. This also helps to project your images. It makes you able to tell people about yourself and you get to find out how much publicity you get.
4) Talk to everyone
You never know who you meet around, so always say hello to people. It’s good manners and you never know who you’re going to meet. When you do this, you find out that you will meet the most fascinating people on a personal and professional level by practising this rule. Networking is not just something you do when you go to a work event: it’s something you should integrate into daily life.Don’t forget the importance of human interaction. Put down your smartphone and look at people when you’re talking to them. Don’t let technology dull the importance of social skills.
5) Embrace technology
Always remember to embrace technology, it enhances and pervades almost all aspects of business. It’s knowledge and discovery, administration, finance and new opportunities. It oils the wheels and fuels fast paced change. It makes your business faster and more enhanced. Keep on top of how technology is changing your work environment because that is where opportunity lies.
6) Back yourself
No matter how successful you think you are, you need to have self-belief. You don't expect others to believe in themselves when you you do not do the same thing. If you are skilled at something, you shouldn't be afraid to admit it. Back yourself and ask people to align with you. Make no apologies for being who you are: strong
8) Register With Career Websites
This is another very important way to get popular and known. Try to look for sites that are connected with jobs seekers, recruitment and training. Register with them and get to find a way of making your brand known through them to career aspirants so that people will know you.
Speaking of registration, makes available provisions for training facilities to register and also helps to advertise the said people to job seekers who need such training in your facilities. I can assure you that you have a greater chance of getting known through our website. To register, log onto, go to the space for training facilities and follow the steps from there.
